
The UK Visa And Immigration Service (UKVI) Has Announced A new Short-term work visa category which is called as “The Global Business Mobility Route” which is started on 11 April 2022.
This route has 5 different sub-category will allow the UK businesses to employ overseas workers within the UK. Sub categories are
- Senior or Specialist Worker visa: Under this sub-category the worker will be stay in the UK up to 5 years period.
- Graduate Trainee visa: Under this sub-category the worker will be stay in the UK up to 12 months period.
- UK Expansion Worker visa: Under this sub-category the worker will be stay in the UK up to 12 months period and you can extend the period another 12 months that the maximum time you can stay in the UK on this visa is 2 years.
- Secondment Worker visa: Under this sub-category the worker will be stay in the UK up to 12 months period and you can extend the period another 12 months that the maximum time you can stay in the UK on this visa is 2 years.
- Service Supplier visa: Under this sub-category the worker will be stay in the UK up to 6 or 12 months depending on the type of trade agreement you’re providing services under.
