Anyone in the UK or in other countries in the World, who requires a professional visa and immigration advice by any advisory company which is fully licensed and authorized by either the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or the Law Society. We are as Advise Legal Consultancy proud to inform you that we do provide professional visa and immigration consultancy services under the authorization of the OISC.
We are authorised every year to practice immigration law by the OISC at level 1 (Category: Visa and Immigration), and our registration number is F202100295. Just in case you are wondering, to renew our OISC license we are regularly audited to ensure that we are complying with the OISC’s Code of Conduct and following best practice. Should any client not be happy with the service or legal advice provided by Advise Legal Consultancy, they have the right to raise a complaint with the OISC. As an independent regulator, OISC has the power to address any issues and ensure that Advise Legal Consultancy is in full compliance with its standards, rules, and regulations.
